§1 General
Provisions These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the free Newsletter service provided by VIAL sp. z o.o., ul. Juliana Tuwima 1/1, apt. 26, 15-746 Białystok, Poland.

§2 Definitions
Newsletter – email/SMS messages about offers, promotions, and news from the lnail.pl store, sent based on the User’s consent.
Service Provider – VIAL sp.z.o.o. ul. Juliana Tuwima, nr 1/1, lok. 26, 15-746, Białystok, Polska KRS 0001148140 REGON: 540602293 NIP (VAT): PL5423494472 EORI: L542349447200000 e-mail: info@lvial.pl.
User – a person using the Newsletter service.

§3 Newsletter – Conditions of Use
1. Using the service is voluntary and requires internet access and an active email address and/or phone number.
2. To subscribe, provide an email, phone number, and give consent. An activation link will be sent to the provided address. Clicking the link constitutes entering into an agreement.
3. The User may unsubscribe at any time without giving a reason, by clicking the unsubscribe link or writing to info@lvial.pl.
4. Unsubscribing results in the immediate termination of the service.
5. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal.

§4 Complaints
Complaints should be sent to info@lvial.pl. A response will be provided within 14 days.

§5 Personal Data
1. The data controller is the Service Provider. Giving consent to receive the Newsletter is voluntary and does not affect access to other store services.
2. Data (email, phone number, name and surname) is processed based on legitimate interest (direct marketing) and the concluded agreement.
3. Details of data processing can be found in the store’s privacy policy.

§6 Final Provisions
1. The Service Provider may amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons (e.g., legal changes or service modifications).
2. Notice of changes will be sent by email at least 7 days in advance.
3. If the User does not accept the changes, they must notify info@lvial.pl – the agreement will then be terminated.
4. Lack of objection is deemed acceptance of the changes.
5. Sending illegal content and disrupting the service is prohibited. ________________________________________
