Terms and conditions of the online store lnail.pl
1. The online store sells goods via the Internet.
2. Orders are accepted by the parties www.lnail.pl Immediately after placing an order, the customer receives an e-mail message that the order has reached the store.
3. Acceptance for the execution of the order begins after the confirmation of the order is received in the store.
4. The order will be processed provided that the goods are available in stock or from the store's suppliers. In case of unavailability of part of the goods covered by the order, the customer is informed about the status of the order and decides on the method of its implementation (partial implementation, extension of the waiting time, cancellation of the entire order).
5. If an item is marked "temporarily out of stock" it means that it is not in Lnail's warehouse but is likely to be available from our suppliers. The price of such goods is the price of the last delivery to our warehouse. We cannot guarantee that this price will remain unchanged for the next delivery, therefore, in the event of a price change at the supplier or a long delivery date, both the customer and the store have the right to cancel the transaction without any consequences.
6. A limited number of goods are intended for promotional sale and sale, and orders are executed in the order of receipt of confirmed orders for these goods until the stocks covered by this form of sale are exhausted.
7. A VAT invoice or receipt is issued for each order. The VAT invoice/ receipt is issued when all the goods ordered by the customer are completed and ready for shipment.
8. The customer can make changes to the order until the invoice or receipt is issued. The customer can withdraw the order in full until it is sent. Making the above changes is possible by contacting the Customer Service office by e-mail at info@lvial.pl or by phone (See contact).
9. All prices are in PLN and include VAT. The price given for each product is binding at the time of placing the order by the customer. The store reserves the right to change the prices of goods in the offer, introduce new goods to the online store's offer, conduct and cancel promotional actions on the store's pages or make changes to them.
10.Order processing time is the time that elapses from placing the order to the moment of sending the ordered goods from the store, while only working days are taken into account here. The order for goods with different lead times is sent after the completion of the whole, i.e. after the longest of the specified time.
11.The ordered goods are shipped within 24 hours.
12.Shipments delivers:

13.The customer can choose the following forms of payment for the ordered goods:
- upon receipt: The Courier collects the claim,
- fast transfer via PRZELEWY24 platform
14.The payment card operator is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, entered into the Register of entrepreneurs of the National Court register maintained by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto I Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court register under KRS number 0000347935, tax identification number 7792369887, Regon 301345068.
15.In accordance with the act of March 2, 2000 "on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product", the customer may withdraw from the goods purchased in our store without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
This is only possible if the goods have not been used, copied or destroyed in any way.
The returned goods must be sent back together with the invoice or receipt received with it. The store guarantees a refund of the amount equal to the price of the goods and a refund of the delivery costs of the ordered goods - up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest shipping option available in the store, the money will be returned within 10 working days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or by mail to the address indicated in the order. By returning the goods, the customer is obliged to cover the shipping costs. The cost of returning the goods is non-refundable.
16.All goods available in the store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
17. Сomplaint.
- The customer can report violations related to the operation of the store in writing. The client must provide their name, postal address, type and date of violation. They must provide the same information if they file a complaint.
- The customer can, at their choice, use the warranty authority directly from the guarantor (manufacturer of the product) or in the Specified Service Centers (for products covered by the manufacturer's warranty), as well as the seller's warranty authority.
- The store is obliged to issue the product without defects. If a product defect is detected, the customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the product and 1 (one) year from the date of detection of the product defect. Under the conditions specified in the Civil Code, the customer may demand repair of the goods, exchange of goods for goods without defects, reduction of the price of the goods, or may withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement. In case of detection of mechanical damage caused during delivery, or sending a complaint directly to the seller, the customer must send the defective product by mail to the company's address - VIAL sp.z.o.o. ul. - Complaints are processed no later than 14 days from the date of receipt by the store of the parcel with the advertised product. In the event of a reasonable complaint, the damaged product will-at the customer's request-be repaired or replaced with another, full-fledged one, the store will reduce the price of the product or accept the customer's refusal from the purchase and sale agreement.
- If it is not possible to repair or replace the product with another one without defects (for example, due to the exhaustion of costs), the store, depending on the customer's will, will return the equivalent price of the product or offer him other products available in the store to choose from. The store reimburses expenses related to the return of the advertised product immediately after a positive review of the complaint.
18. In accordance with the act of 29 July 2005 on used electrical and electronic equipment (Journal of laws No. 180, item 1495), the customer, when buying electrical or electronic equipment, has the right to return the old (used) equipment of the same type to the store where he bought the new product. The cost of Shipping used equipment is borne by the customer.
19. The sales agreement is concluded between the customer and VIAL SP. z. o. o. The Recording, securing and making available of the essential provisions of the concluded agreement takes place by printing and handing over to the customer together with the shipment of the VAT invoice.
20. The contract for the sale of goods is concluded in accordance with Polish law and in the Polish language.
- By placing an order in the store, the customer agrees to place their personal data in the Lnail database and to process them for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. The provision of personal data by the customer is voluntary, but the lack of consent to their processing prevents the execution of the order by the store. The customer is responsible for providing false personal data.
- Personal data are protected in accordance with the act of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926 of late. in a way that prevents third parties from accessing them.
- In case of additional consents by the customer, his / her personal data will be processed by the store in order to inform the customer about new goods, promotions and services available in the store.
- Customers of the store have the right to view their personal data, correct them and request deletion.
21.The court competent to hear disputes arising out of the sales agreement is the court competent for the defendant's Registered office or the court competent for the place of performance of the contract.
22. These regulations are valid from 1 June 2017 to proof. The store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. Any changes to the terms and Conditions come into force within the period specified by the store, not less than 7 days from the date of their publication on the site lnail.pl orders placed before the date of entry into force of amendments to these regulations shall be executed on the basis of the provisions in force on the date of placing the order.
