B) and C) GDPR, as well as in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, which means that such processing is necessary for the: 1. performance of an agreement to which you and VIAL are parties; or 2. take action at the request of the user prior to the conclusion of the agreement referred to in point (a). § 4. Collection of personal data.

1. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the data processed by the service provider includes: - first and last name, - address of residence or Registered office of the company, - mailing address, - e-mail address, - contact phone number, - NIP, PESEL, REGON, - delivery address (if different from your home address).

2. Personal data is collected by the service provider during:

We store your personal data in the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Each transfer of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable law.

§ 8. How do we use user data?

- you have an open order that has not yet been completed or has only been partially completed,

- you have an outstanding debt to VIAL, regardless of the payment method,

* Right to restriction:

You have the right to request that VIAL restrict the processing of your personal data under the following conditions:

- if you do not consent to the processing of data on the basis of VIAL's legitimate interest, then VIAL will restrict any processing of such data after verifying whether such legitimate interest exists,

- if you report that your personal data is incorrect, then VIAL must restrict any processing of the data until its correctness is verified,

- if the data processing is unlawful, then you can object to the erasure of your personal data and instead request the restriction of the use of your personal data,

- if VIAL no longer needs your personal data, but is required to file or dismiss a claim.

To the extent that the basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of a contract or the user's consent – the user has the right to transfer the provided personal data to another administrator. When VIAL processes your personal data in an automated manner, on the basis of your consent or a contract concluded, You have the right to receive a copy of your data in a readable format. This applies only to personal data that has been provided to us.

3. To the extent that the basis for data processing is a legitimate interest of the administrator – the user has the right at any time to object to the processing of his personal data. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. We will stop processing your personal data unless we can find a legitimate reason to do so that overrides your interest or rights, or because of legal claims.
