Complaints and Returns

We treat each customer individually and equally. Therefore, every user — whether a natural person or a company — has the right to return a product within 30 days of receipt.

By law, you can return products within 14 days, but with us, you have up to 30 days to make a return decision.

We go beyond the standard — we even accept returns from companies, even if not legally required.

You can return goods within 30 days without giving a reason.

To receive a refund, you need:
1. Return request sent to our email address within 30 days of receiving the item.
2. Withdrawal form and the product to be returned.
3. The item in unused, undamaged condition and in its original packaging.
4. Proof of purchase — receipt or invoice.
